⚠️ Note: Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. 7-Day Refund Processing
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet within the 7-day window:
